On Thursday, Year 5 and 6 pupils celebrated sustainability as guests at the Godolphin and Latymer Trashion Show.
As part of their focus on sustainability, pupils from our sister school were tasked with designing and creating an outfit using recyclable materials, including: plastic bags, tin cans and paper. As we sat on our reserved VIP seats, we marvelled at the decorations and felt the energy rising as the hall filled with staff and students. The models displayed some real creativity in their designs and sauntered down the catwalk to huge cheers from both schools. With so many creative and impressive ensembles on display we didn’t envy Dr Ramsey’s difficult task of deciding on a winner!
Thank you to Godolphin for having us and inspiring us to create our own trashion pieces!
