Coding at Legoland8th July 2021
Years 2 to 6 started this week with an extra-special end of year workshop at the Education Centre at Legoland for a practical discussion on Coding. With Coding one of the most popular subjects at Redcliffe, everyone was raring to get on with the task in hand, namely: a robotics quest for Years 2, 3 and 4, who made mythical creatures out of Lego which they coded to get them to move, while Years 5 and 6 made their own stories using Lego and used stop-start animation apps on the iPads to create their own short films. The results were spectacular!
With many thanks to the staff at the Education Centre for their infectious enthusiasm and for making the day such fun.
