Keeping Music Alive

9th October 2020

On Tuesday the Prep School students took part in workshops lead by musicians from the BBC Symphony Orchestra. They listened to extracts from some orchestral pieces, joined in with some activities and then asked some very interesting questions. Well done to all pupils for being such a great audience.

To keep music alive at Redcliffe, pupils in the Prep School are being asked to audio or video record one of the pieces that they have learnt with their music teacher for us to show-case in the weekly newsletter that is sent to parents. This is a great way to celebrate the vast range of musical talent in school while we are unable to invite parents into school for concerts.
