At Redcliffe, we aim to spark curiosity and open children’s eyes to the wonder of learning; to inspire confidence so that pupils embrace new challenges without fear of failure; and to foster a culture of kindness so that our children are happy and caring members of our school community.

We are very lucky to have such wonderful facilities and space at both of our sites which enables children to develop skills and knowledge across a wide range of activities to complement the broad and specialist teaching and learning we offer. We provide plenty of opportunities for extra-curricular activities so that termly outings, residential trips, musicals, drama and sporting events are all part of the Redcliffe adventure.

We develop confidence and all-round ability through our combination of academic excellence and enrichment activities such as sport, culture and the arts. Every child, whatever their strengths, plays in a sports team, sings in a choir and speaks in front of others in our weekly open assemblies. This approach helps our pupils to build physical skills, self-esteem, confidence and respect for others. The range of extracurricular activities on offer, from music to drama, sport to art, reflects our approach that every child should have the opportunity to shine.
