Summer Trip to Swanage

The second half of the week saw Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 travel to Swanage in Dorset for their residential summer trip.

Having missed out on last year’s trip due to Covid, the sense of adventure and excitement was palpable in school. Pairing up with local adventure company Land & Wave, pupils took part in coasteering, bushcraft, kayaking, paddle boarding, jumbo paddle boarding, climbing, raft building and team building activities. We were extremely fortunate with the weather, with the Dorset sunshine providing the perfect conditions for some water sports.

We are looking forward to the return of happy, sleepy and slightly sandy children and hearing about their adventures on the Jurassic Coast.
